This is a direct payment only clinic, however, we can provide you with a super bill to send to your insurance company to see if they will cover any services. Additionally, we are able to take FSA and HAS cards.

No-shows lose their deposit. However, we understand occasionally life can be unpredictable, and are happy to reschedule with a 24-hour advance notice.
